New Trichur Suhurutham Chits (Kerala)(P) Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in 2014 under Companies Act 1956, with the main object of conducting Chit business complying with the Rules and Regulations of The Central Chit Funds Act, 1982 and Kerala Chit Funds Rules, 2012.

• Chitties are announced only after getting Previous Sanction from Registrar of Chits.
• Chitties are registered with Assistant Registrar of Chits, Anthikad.
• Foreman Commission at the rate approved by Government.
• Each chitty has one lot and 3 auction.
• Auction dividend is distributed among all subscribers, including Prized/Auctioned.
• Simple security norms for releasing Prize Money.
• Prize Money is paid on 11th day of next auction (if security is given in time).
• Grace period of ten days for remittance of chitty instalment without penalty, for Non-prized and Non-auctioned subscribers.
